The Motivators Multimedia Group (MMG), a subdivision of The Motivators-JK Rovins Associates LLC, creates and produces creative and competitively priced kiosks for growing demands of conferences; videos, and interactive CDs for promoting celebrities. Conferences are becoming high-tech and are using exciting multimedia presentations. Our multimedia design team, Kentucky Coast Design and Multimedia, LLC, has extensive design talent, experience and contacts for production and powerful presentations.

President of the Motivators -JK Rovins Associates LLC, a woman-owned business, Judy Rovins, is a professional conference manager and business to business communications specialist. Rovins brings specialized and highly useful experience as an educator and administrator. She served as Superintendent of Schools for nine years in Indiana and in Connecticut; has served in key board roles for a hospital, bank, public schools foundation, and a community capital funds foundation. She taught in universities in
St. Louis, Missouri. Rovins has managed multi-million dollar budgets and interdisciplinary educational communications programs.Judy Rovins, Ph.D., is an active leader in her community, Westport, Connecticut. She recently was chairman of the board of the Chamber of Commerce; is past president of theWestport Rotary Club

NASA New England Business Outreach Center
• We managed the pre-event publicity, online registration, and on-site media coverage for the NASA Technology and Business Conferences held in Burlington, Vermont; Stamford, Connecticut; Springfield, Massachusetts; Providence, Rhode Island; Albany, New York; and for a NASA technology transfer exhibition and conference called Technology 2006 in Anaheim, California.U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Coast Guard Academy
• We coordinated the Federal Waterways R&D Coordination Conference.
• We coordinated the "Oil Pollution Prevention Technology Demonstration" for the Waterways Management Conference at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, King's Point, New York.
• We edited text and created graphics for a recruiting display brochure for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy; for administrative documents, including the U.S. Coast Guard's "Managing Diversity as a Process Study."
• We produced two National Harbor Safety Committee Conferences in New York City.Maritime Association Port of New York & New Jersey
• Since 1996 we have produced the annual International Maritime Hall of Fame Awards evenings held at the Statue of Liberty, at Ellis Island, at the United Nations.
